Our SMS program provides move-related updates including scheduling confirmations, arrival notifications, and status updates. Messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS).
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the SMS program at any time. You will be notified of material changes.
All content on up-n-go-moving.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Up N Go Moving LLC and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Up N Go Moving LLC's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific move in question.
